Business Development Manager

We have a great product: Aloware Cloud Contact Center. It’s wonderful and our customers love it. Aloware is the modern contact center solution for sales and support teams around the world.

We are growing and we need help with qualifying new leads in our sales process.

Your job will be to qualify new prospects and book demos for our awesome software by finding a mutual business fit with our new clients. This is NOT a totally cold calling position since most of the organizations you will be reaching out to will be expecting your call. You, however, need to be very good at cold emailing. 

We provide you with all the tools and leads for you to be able to get your job done and provide the training on how to do the job.

We work with companies between 11-50 employees and your job will be to reach out to them and schedule a time to have our account executive go through a software demo with them.

Responsibilities
* Qualify prospects and turn them into leads by booking demos
* Learn and execute proven processes to book demos
* Engage executives in targeted prospect accounts
* Orchestrate discussions with senior execs around their business needs
* Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
* Leverage CRM tools to prospect into specific territories

Requirements
* A deep desire to learn and succeed in tech sales
* Sales or related market/business experience
* Hubspot experience is a plus
* Software/saas experience, sales experience,  entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven, ambitious, competitive, enjoy a good challenge, high tolerance for pain, can handle rejections.
* Be coachable, willing to learn new skills, welcomes critical feedback on performance.
