CRM Integration

Integrate your Hubspot to Aloware to pull your contact data. Log all customer communication in one place with Aloware’s Hubspot integration to streamline your sales & support process. The Aloware-Hubspot CRM integration lets you easily check all the communications you had with your customers and leads in one location. It will automatically log every call and SMS so you’ll be able to keep track of all your conversations. You can even check the content of the SMS or listen to the recording of the call.

  • Log in to the Aloware Admin Dashboard.
  • Select Integrations from the left sidebar menu.
  • Click to select HubSpot and click settings.

Now you will be guided through a few easy steps outlined below. You will see the options if you want to integrate Aloware with your Hubspot instance and if you want to include outbound communications in Activity Logs as well. Enable those options, then click the Authenticate button. You will be redirected to the Hubspot permission page.

This page will request permission from your Hubspot CRM to be integrated with Aloware. Click “Grant Access” and you will now be able to enjoy the Aloware-Hubspot integration!

Use push to see your Aloware contacts in Hubspot and use a pull to see all your Hubspot contacts within Aloware. Pull operation will update Aloware for lead owners.

Note: Pulling contacts will update Aloware contacts using CRM data.

If you want to pull your CRM users to Aloware as new agents click “Pull Hubspot users to Aloware“. After pulling this data, contact owners will be locked to reflect CRM owner attributes (beta). You can also pull your Hubspot lead statuses to Aloware as disposition status by clicking “Pull Lead Status from Hubspot“. Do not forget to hit the “Save” button.
