After weeks of hard work and thanks to your awesome feedback, we have revamped our User Interface with a new, light and easy to navigate layout. We hope you enjoy the new face of your favorite Contact Center app.
Furthermore, we have enabled inbound and outbound transfers for all accounts. When you are on a call, click the transfer icon and you can send it to your colleagues, outside destinations or even regular phone numbers.
Here are the details:
- New layout
- Create new contacts, numbers, destinations, tags or users by clicking the combo + sign
- Manage your tags using the new tag manager interface
- Dialer has moved to the top left for easier access
- Inbound calls can be transferred or put on hold
- Outbound calls can be transferred
- General improvements and fixes
