After a ton of requests from our users, we’ve finally launched our desktop app! The brand new Aloware desktop app brings the phone to your desktop, without having to login to Aloware on a web browser.
The desktop app supports call notifications, SMS notifications and even contact management. For those of you who have used our mobile app, it’s the same delightful experience.
Moreover – we’ve been working hard to tweak some functionality, full list below:
- Our bulk messaging interface has been completely re-done,
- Contacts page has some new filters for new leads and unanswered leads,
- The reseller program (yes, we do have a reseller program) has been revamped,
- And lastly, both on mobile and desktop we have a nifty “transfer to ring group” option to let you push the call back into the queue.
