17 setups, one platform

Built for your team, your role, and your industry

Aloware is one platform, but a sales manager, an intake paralegal, and a solar rep all need it pointed at a different problem. Pick the page closest to your job and it shows the handful of things worth turning on first.

By industry

9 SETUPS

Verticals where the buying pattern, the compliance rules, or the speed expectation change what to turn on.

Real estate

Inquiries arrive at all hours and go to whoever answers first. Respond to buyers automatically, qualify renters before an agent spends time on them, and keep every showing request logged against the property and the contact.

Automotive

Dealers, service centers, and financing teams all touch the same customer. Reply the moment a lead lands, let appointment scheduling run itself, and keep sales, service, and finance on one thread without adding headcount.

Financial services

Trust is built by answering quickly and consistently. Reach prospects faster, keep client communication on logged channels, and automate the routine follow-ups so advisors spend their time on conversations that need judgment.

Legal services

A missed intake call is usually a lost matter. Capture every inquiry, respond automatically outside office hours, and keep the whole client conversation logged against the matter for the trail a practice needs.

Home improvement

The contractor who answers first usually books the job. Engage a new lead the second the form arrives, let scheduling and reminders run on their own, and keep crews and the office reading the same customer history.

Solar

Solar buyers shop several quotes in an afternoon. Respond instantly to an inquiry, qualify on the first call, and keep automated follow-up running through a long consideration cycle so the deal is still warm at contract.

Recruitment

Candidates go quiet when nobody replies. Reach applicants by text where they actually respond, schedule interviews without the back and forth, and keep every message tracked in the ATS or CRM the team already uses.

IT services

Technology buyers expect a fast, competent first response. Automate the outreach and the follow-up without losing responsiveness, and keep the communication trail intact for the questions that come with selling to careful buyers.

Professional services

Consulting revenue depends on reaching people who are hard to reach. Improve connect rates, automate the scheduling and follow-up around client work, and scale outreach without turning delivery staff into an outbound team.

Where the products live

None of it asks your reps to learn a second app

Every product on this page runs inside the CRM your team already opens each morning. Reps call, text, and book meetings from the contact record they were looking at. The call, the SMS, the booking, and the recording write themselves back.

That is the whole reason the adoption problem goes away: there is no second system to log into, and nothing to remember to copy over.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before they pick a setup to start from.

Is an industry setup a different product, or a different price?

Neither. Every page on this list is the same Aloware platform with a different set of features switched on. Pricing is per agent seat, with a few products billed as add-ons on top of it, and nothing is priced by industry or by role. The pricing page has the current breakdown by plan.

My team fits two of these. Which one should I read?

Read the role page first, then the industry one. The role page tells you which products to turn on; the industry page tells you what is different about your market, like the intake rules in legal services or the response window in solar. They are written to be read together rather than chosen between.

Which CRMs do these setups work with?

HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Clio, and Guesty, with Slack, Zapier, Gong, Facebook, Calendly, and Cal.com alongside them. Reps work from the contact record they already have open, and the call, the text, and the outcome write themselves back without anyone copying anything across. The full list is on the integrations page .

My industry is not on the list. Does Aloware still fit?

Usually. Those nine exist because each has a pattern specific enough to be worth writing down, not because the platform is limited to them. If your team calls and texts prospects or customers out of a CRM, start from the role page closest to your job and the setup will be close enough to follow.

We have sales, support, and marketing on it. Do we need separate setups?

One account covers all three. Numbers, routing rules, and sequences are configured per team, but every call and text lands in the same contact record, which is exactly what the revenue operations setup is for. Each team reads one history instead of keeping its own.

How long does it take to get one of these running?

The core is a ten-minute setup: connect your CRM, claim a number, start dialing. The slower parts sit outside the software. A2P 10DLC registration has to clear the carriers before business texts deliver reliably, and an AI agent needs its knowledge built before it goes live.

Not sure which one you are?

Most teams are two of these at once, and the setups overlap more than they differ. Tell us what the day actually looks like and we will show you the version that fits.
