Map your entities

Open the AVA Entity Mapping tab in HubSpot integration settings. Pick the HubSpot object (Contact or Deal). Drag standard entities to the HubSpot properties you want them to populate. Add custom entities by name, type, and the values you want AVA to extract.

Toggle AVA Entity Mapping on

A single toggle activates the sync. From this point forward, every qualifying call gets transcribed by AloAi Voice Analytics, scanned for the entities you've mapped, and the values get written into HubSpot.

Review in HubSpot

Synced values appear on the Contact or Deal record exactly where you mapped them. Each value carries a Last-Synced timestamp. Open the call in Aloware's transcription view to see every entity AVA extracted — useful for deciding what to map next.
