To get started, head over to your Aloware dashboard and navigate to the AIoAi Agents section.

  1. Click “New Agent” and select “Voice.”
  2. Choose between Inbound or Outbound—we’ll go with Outbound to follow up with fresh hot leads.
  3. Follow the step-by-step setup instructions (there’s a separate tutorial on this process,) then hit Create.

And just like that, you have a new voice agent at your disposal to drive outbound outreach. 

Step 2: Build Your Automated Sequence

Now let’s put your new agent to work. Go to the Sequences tab in your dashboard and either create a New Sequence or edit an existing one.

Configure Your Sequence:

  • Name your sequence and give it a brief description.

  • Decide whether it should operate on national holidays.
  • Define your preferred operating time range and line.
  • Set up removal rules (like removing leads who respond or opt out—critical for compliance).

  2. Choose a Contact-based workflow and click Next.
  3. Set the enrollment trigger—for example, a form submission from your website.

  5. Choose “Enroll to Sequence,” search for your newly created AI agent, and enable Force Enroll.
  6. Hit Save.
