At Aloware, we look for long-term members and life-long friends. We keep our application process short and sweet, believing that it’s on the job that we get to know each other best.
Step 1 – Show us what you’ve got
We will be sending you a questionnaire that you have to complete within our given time frame. This will help us get an overview of your background and see if you could make a good fit. We might ask for some work samples, or send you simple exercises.
Step 2 – Let’s get on the phone and chat
Should you have the skills and the experience we’re looking for, our HR team would immediately request a time to chat with you on the phone. You get to pick a time in our calendar, so we can both answer questions relating to the position you’re applying fo.
Step 3 – Meet the management
Strong candidates get to meet direct supervisors in one final call. This step should acquaint you better with the company and your presumed duties. Take it as a chance to lay down expectations, and see how we align professionally and culturally.
Step 4 – Job offer and training
When we see that there’s a match, we sure are quick to send an offer. We just need some recommendations from previous employers, and we will put you straight to onboarding. The rest of the team would be happy to welcome you as we both make further assessments on the job.
