👨💻 Request a call for self-serve accounts: Don’t have a CSM? No problem! Clicking ‘Request a call’ will link you straight to intercom chat to connect with a solution engineer or tech support.

Export all communications from a contact
Admins can now export all communications from any contact in Talk. 📤
Simply open the contact, click “Export Communications” at the top right, and download the CSV file. You’ll get all the details like calls, texts, status, and more.
Note: Only admins have this permission.
Customizable duration for qualified calls

Admins can now customize the call duration thresholds that define a “qualified call” in Account → Report Settings.
- Threshold 1: Default is 2 minutes, used in report labels
- Threshold 2: Default is 5 minutes, for report labels and dashboard metrics
These thresholds can be adjusted to fit your needs, ensuring your reports and dashboards reflect your unique business requirements.

We’ve updated how HubSpot Contact Owner and Aloware Contact Owner are displayed within HubSpot workflows, making it easier to track actions by specific users. Here’s what’s changed:
- Send a text (SMS/MMS): Now displays agent attribution clearly.
- Add to Power Dialer: Shows which user is responsible for the action.
- Clear Power Dialer list: This action applies only to Aloware users, so the contact owner isn’t shown.
These updates ensure better clarity when managing contacts and actions within workflows!

Salesforce two-way contact/lead sync and real-time contact creation

- Contact sync: Sync contacts bidirectionally between Salesforce and Aloware. Updates to contacts in either platform are automatically reflected in the other, keeping your data consistent.
- Lead sync: Create and update leads in both systems, with bidirectional syncing that ensures any changes made in one platform are mirrored in the other.
- Action direction sync: Customize how updates flow—choose to sync data from Aloware to Salesforce, from Salesforce to Aloware, or enable bidirectional sync to keep everything aligned across both platforms.
You can easily toggle between contact and lead sync, ensuring smooth management and real-time updates!
