We’ve made it simple for you to get in touch with your CSM or sales rep! By clicking the ‘?’ in the top right corner or by visiting the Billing page, you can:

📅 Book time with your CSM: You can now directly access your CSM’s calendar and schedule a call with just a click.

👨‍💻 Request a call for self-serve accounts: Don’t have a CSM? No problem! Clicking ‘Request a call’ will link you straight to intercom chat to connect with a solution engineer or tech support.

📚 Request training: Need a little extra help? You can easily request a training session by filling out a quick form, and we’ll be in touch to meet your needs.

Export all communications from a contact

Admins can now export all communications from any contact in Talk. 📤 

Simply open the contact, click “Export Communications” at the top right, and download the CSV file. You’ll get all the details like calls, texts, status, and more.

Note: Only admins have this permission.

Customizable duration for qualified calls

Set your own definition for “qualified calls” 📞 

Admins can now customize the call duration thresholds that define a “qualified call” in Account → Report Settings.

  • Threshold 1: Default is 2 minutes, used in report labels
  • Threshold 2: Default is 5 minutes, for report labels and dashboard metrics

These thresholds can be adjusted to fit your needs, ensuring your reports and dashboards reflect your unique business requirements.

Sequence enrollment from iOS mobile app

Enroll contacts into sequences on the go! 📱 

With the latest update to the iOS Mobile App, you can now:

  • Enroll contacts into sequences directly from your phone
  • View available sequences and see the current step your contact is on

Contact owner display updates for HubSpot workflows

New contact owner display for HubSpot & Aloware actions

We’ve updated how HubSpot Contact Owner and Aloware Contact Owner are displayed within HubSpot workflows, making it easier to track actions by specific users. Here’s what’s changed:

  • Send a text (SMS/MMS): Now displays agent attribution clearly.
  • Add to Power Dialer: Shows which user is responsible for the action.
  • Clear Power Dialer list: This action applies only to Aloware users, so the contact owner isn’t shown.

These updates ensure better clarity when managing contacts and actions within workflows!

Salesforce two-way contact/lead sync and real-time contact creation

New features for syncing contacts, leads, and actions between Salesforce and Aloware 🔄 

This update enables seamless integration between Salesforce and Aloware, providing robust synchronization for contacts, leads, and action directions. Here’s what’s new:

  • Contact sync: Sync contacts bidirectionally between Salesforce and Aloware. Updates to contacts in either platform are automatically reflected in the other, keeping your data consistent.
  • Lead sync: Create and update leads in both systems, with bidirectional syncing that ensures any changes made in one platform are mirrored in the other.
  • Action direction sync: Customize how updates flow—choose to sync data from Aloware to Salesforce, from Salesforce to Aloware, or enable bidirectional sync to keep everything aligned across both platforms.

You can easily toggle between contact and lead sync, ensuring smooth management and real-time updates!

API enhancements: More flexibility for your SMS customization

Add custom parameter to SMS API to display workflow name

Enhanced SMS API with custom fields 🔧 

We’ve added up to three custom fields to the SMS API, allowing you to include important details like workflow name and ID. This provides greater flexibility while ensuring testability and simplicity. Fields must follow formatting rules (3 to 140 characters) to keep things efficient and easy to manage!
