Aloware’s v11.17.0 release introduces new AI call-handling tools, enhanced HubSpot syncing, and a new way for AloAi agents to summarize conversations. Here’s what’s new:

Company-level missed-call handling with AloAi

Missed calls no longer mean missed opportunities. With the new AloAi Missed-Call Handler Agent, admins can enable a company-wide setting that automatically routes every missed inbound call to an AloAi voice agent.

When enabled, AloAi will:

  • Answer missed calls instantly
  • Capture caller intent and key details
  • Store the interaction in Aloware for timely follow-up
  • Provide consistent handling across all Lines and Ring Groups

AloAi Voice Agents can now access HubSpot Deal Stages

AloAi can now understand HubSpot Deal Stages, giving the AI agent deeper and more accurate context during conversations and automations.

With this update, AloAi can:

  • Read a contact’s associated Deal Stage
  • Access key deal details such as amount, close date, and stage
  • Tailor responses based on where the prospect is in the pipeline
  • Leverage both conversation history and HubSpot deal data for richer interactions
  • Support workflows that depend on deal progression
  • Improve handoff accuracy for sales teams

By combining essential HubSpot Deal information with the conversational context AloAi already uses, this update creates tighter alignment between AI behavior and your CRM data—resulting in smarter, more personalized, and more effective customer interactions.

New AloAi action: Conversation Summary (Text & Voice)

AloAi agents can now produce a clear, structured summary of any interaction whether text or voice and automatically add it as a note on the contact.

The summary includes:

  • Key points discussed
  • Customer intent
  • Promises or follow-ups
  • Relevant tags or context for the next agent

This reduces after-call work, gives teams better visibility, and ensures conversations stay documented without manual effort.

AloAi Voice Analytics (AVA) entity mapping for HubSpot

As part of the integration improvements, AVA now supports enhanced entity mapping to HubSpot, allowing:

  • More reliable syncing of analytical insights
  • Better organization of contact and deal metadata
  • Cleaner property updates in HubSpot
  • A more complete picture of conversations inside the CRM
