Aloware v11.18.0 – Automatic HubSpot media sync, Ai call rescue updates, outbound CSAT, and compliance improvements

Aloware’s v.11.8.0 release is introducing automatic HubSpot attachment syncing, expanded AI Call Rescue functionality, outbound CSAT support, and improved voice compliance handling. Here’s what’s new:

Automatic SMS/MMS Attachments Sync to HubSpot

Aloware now delivers SMS and MMS attachments directly into HubSpot’s File Manager and automatically links them to the correct contact or company record.

With this enhancement, Aloware will:

  • Upload all SMS/MMS media files to HubSpot without manual steps
  • Store files in the appropriate HubSpot folder according to admin settings
  • Follow HubSpot’s file-size limits
  • Prevent duplicate uploads and support overwrite rules
  • Show attachments immediately in the HubSpot “Attachments” tab
  • Provide admin controls for folder selection, file-handling rules, and error notifications

This intentional change ensures all SMS/MMS media is consistently organized and accessible inside HubSpot.

AI Call Rescue (AloAi Missed-Call Handler) Improvements

Aloware is expanding AI Call Rescue features to give admins and agents clearer visibility, stronger reporting, and more complete entries on contact timelines.

AI Call Rescue top-bar toggle

A new top-bar indicator now shows the active status of AI Call Rescue, giving admins immediate insight and direct control.

Persistent dashboard filters + expanded KPIs

The Missed-Call dashboard now retains user-selected filters and includes expanded KPIs, allowing teams to review:

  • Long-term missed-call trends
  • Historical performance metrics
  • Key insights, even when AI Call Rescue is temporarily disabled

Enhanced Call Timeline entries

Call logs now include:

  • Flags indicating when AI Call Rescue answered a missed call
  • Details about who ended the call
  • Logs for disconnection or routing events
  • Auto-generated transcripts and summaries stored directly on the contact record

Updated naming and transcript styling

All transcript labels (“Agent:” and “User:”) now appear in bold for consistent readability.
All references to AloAi Missed Call Handler have been fully transitioned to the new name, AI Call Rescue, including retroactive updates across existing agents and system records.

These enhancements are designed to support teams that rely on real-time missed-call visibility and consistent reporting.

CSAT for Outbound Calls

Aloware is extending Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys to outbound calls, giving teams a broader view of service quality across all call directions.

Teams can now:

  • Enable CSAT surveys for outbound calls in Line Settings
  • Configure all survey behavior within a dedicated CSAT tab
  • Filter CSAT results by All, Inbound, or Outbound directly in Reports

This expansion offers a more complete picture of agent performance and customer experience.
