Aloware v11.24.0 – Contact property audit logging, AloAi knowledge base templates, power dialer insights, and security improvements

Aloware v11.24.0 focuses on improving data transparency, AI integration, and agent efficiency, while strengthening system reliability. This release introduces contact property change history, expanded knowledge base options for AloAi agents, and deeper insights into Power Dialer usage.

Contact property field change history & audit logging

Admins and agents can now see a complete history of changes to contact properties. Each update includes old and new values, timestamps, and the source — whether user action, admin update, workflow automation, API call, VoIP event, or CRM integration like HubSpot or Salesforce.


This feature improves data integrity, provides clear audit trails, prevents silent overwrites, and reduces investigation time for technical support and engineering teams. Audit history is available for changes made after deployment.

AloAi Agent knowledge base templates

Voice agents now support knowledge base entries through file uploads, FAQ/intake questions, and webpage imports. Text agents currently support file uploads only. This improvement provides more flexibility to seed AI agents with real-world content and keep it updated in one place. 

Power dialer insights

Admins and supervisors can now view a dedicated “Power Dialer” tab under Insights. The tab provides visibility into adoption trends, agent behavior, and performance comparisons between Power Dialer and manual dialing. 

Keyboard shortcuts

Agents can now answer, reject, hang up, mute, open the keypad, and manage call transitions directly from the keyboard, improving speed and accessibility during high-volume workflows.
