Aloware v11.25.0 focuses on improving compliance readiness, CRM data synchronization, and calling experiences within HubSpot, while introducing additional controls to protect accounts from unintended international traffic. This release also expands account credit options and includes several infrastructure improvements.
A2P campaign registration compliance updates
Campaign registration now requires two additional fields:
- Terms & Conditions URL
- Privacy Policy URL

Both fields must contain publicly accessible links and are validated to ensure they are correctly formatted URLs.
This change aligns Aloware with Twilio’s updated A2P 10DLC compliance requirements, which now require businesses to disclose their terms and privacy policies when registering messaging campaigns.
By enforcing these requirements during submission, the update helps prevent rejected registrations and ensures SMS campaigns remain compliant with carrier standards.
Voice Integrity automatic registration
Voice Integrity registration is now integrated directly into the Business Registration (KYC) flow, making the process automatic once the account becomes eligible.

Three new required fields have been added to business registration:
- Use case
- Company size
- Average calls per day

New accounts are automatically registered for Voice Integrity once their Customer Profile is approved.
For existing accounts missing the required information, an in-app notification prompts admins to complete the fields before automatic registration occurs.
Voice Integrity registers phone numbers with major carrier analytics vendors such as Verizon (TNS), T-Mobile (First Orion), and AT&T (Hiya) to reduce the risk of spam labeling and improve call deliverability.
Real-time HubSpot synchronization for custom contact fields
Custom contact fields from HubSpot now sync to Aloware in near real time.
Previously, custom properties required users to manually trigger a “Sync with HubSpot” action before the values became available in Aloware. This delay created challenges for workflows that rely on custom contact data, including AI automations and booking flows.

This update introduces a hybrid synchronization model:
- Standard fields continue syncing through the existing webhook pipeline.
- Custom fields now sync through HubSpot Webhooks v4 journal polling, running approximately every five seconds.
This approach restores near real-time synchronization for mapped custom fields while maintaining infrastructure stability. It also improves the reliability of AI-driven workflows and integrations that depend on contact data.
New datetime fields for communication tracking
Aloware now includes four new DateTime contact properties for tracking the most recent communications:
- Last Inbound Call
- Last Outbound Call
- Last Inbound Text
- Last Outbound Text
These fields combine both date and time into a single value, simplifying CRM property mapping across HubSpot, Salesforce, and HighLevel.

Previously, tracking the latest communication required separate date and time fields. The unified DateTime format provides cleaner data mapping and more accurate reporting.
Aloware CTI for HubSpot (Beta) – Internal rollout
This release begins the internal rollout of the new Aloware CTI for HubSpot (Beta) application.
Built on HubSpot’s Calling Extensions framework, the new CTI integration introduces a fully native calling experience within HubSpot. Agents can now make and receive calls across HubSpot objects such as:
- Contacts
- Leads
- Deals
- Companies
The integration also introduces a persistent calling window that remains active across tab switches and page refreshes.
Additional telephony capabilities include:
- Warm and cold transfers
- Call parking
- Voicemail drops
- Call waiting
- Agent scripts
- Automatic call logging
The new CTI experience works alongside the Aloware Cloud Contact Center app, which remains a required prerequisite.
Automated international traffic control
Automated outbound communications to international numbers are now restricted by default to prevent unintended carrier charges.
When the restriction is active, automated calls and messages to non-US numbers are blocked before reaching the carrier, while manual one-to-one communications continue to follow the account’s existing international traffic rules.
If the restriction is disabled, automated outbound traffic follows the same international calling and messaging rules configured for the account.
Automated traffic includes:
- Bulk SMS
- HubSpot-triggered messages
- API requests
- AloAi automations
- Workflow-based communications
This safeguard helps prevent accidental international messaging costs while still allowing manual communication when required.
New recurring credit purchase packages
Additional Recurring Credit Purchase Agreement (RCPA) options are now available, giving customers more flexibility to commit to a recurring usage credit amount while receiving bonus credits.
These plans allow businesses to align their credit commitments with expected platform usage while benefiting from additional credit allocations applied automatically to their account.
Once activated, both the recurring credit amount and any applicable bonus credits are automatically added to the account’s usage balance.
