Aloware v11.28.0 expands AloAi Agents with real-time Guesty reservation lookups for vacation rental operators, introduces business-specific Custom Categories in AloAi Voice Analytics, and adds an AI-powered pre-validation engine that catches A2P 10DLC campaign issues before submission.
Together these updates make AloAi smarter, more tailored to each business, and significantly faster to deploy.
Guesty Reservation Context for AloAi Agents
AloAi Voice and Text Agents can now retrieve real-time reservation data from Guesty during live guest conversations. When a guest reaches out, the agent automatically looks up their active reservation and instantly surfaces key details, including lockbox and access codes, WiFi password, property name and address, and check-in and check-out dates, with no human intervention required.
Purpose-built for vacation rental operators, this new context layer positions AloAi Agents as a true 24/7 guest support solution and removes the need for after-hours staffing on routine inquiries.

Custom Categories in AloAi Voice Analytics
AloAi Voice Analytics (AVA) now supports Custom Call Categories, allowing admins to replace the default IAB taxonomy with up to 20 business-specific labels, for example Price Expectations, Timeline Urgency, or Service Requests.

Classification is powered by an LLM that analyzes each call transcript against the configured categories and returns validated results, eliminating irrelevant generic labels that do not match the business.
The feature is fully integrated into the AVA dashboard, CSV exports, and transcription history filters, all of which adapt automatically based on the active mode. Configuration lives under Account → AloAi Voice Analytics settings, and changes only affect future calls. Existing transcriptions are not impacted.
This gives every account the ability to tune AVA to its own vocabulary, making call categorization meaningful out of the box rather than something to translate after the fact.
A2P 10DLC Campaign AI Pre-Validation & Recommendations
Campaign rejections for A2P 10DLC typically occur after submission to Twilio/TCR, which leads to resubmissions and additional review work. An AI-powered Pre-Validation and Recommendation Engine is now available inside the app to identify issues before submission.
Before sending a campaign to Twilio/TCR, users can run the new Analyze with AloAi check on demand and receive:
- Risk Score: Low, Medium, or High likelihood of rejection
- Predicted Rejection Reasons: What is likely to be flagged by carriers
- Recommendations: Concrete fixes to apply before submitting
Phase 1 is advisory-only. The AI flags risks but does not block submission, so users remain in control.
The result is fewer rejections, faster approvals, and less manual back-and-forth between customers, CFT, and Compliance.

Performance, Stability & Integration Improvements
This release also includes a broad set of behind-the-scenes improvements across the AloAi Agent platform, integrations (HubSpot, Pipedrive, and others), telephony reliability, and the Aloware Talk experience, focused on stability, faster load times, and smoother day-to-day operations for agents and admins.
